Service Provider Content

Rapid Jobs allows users to offer services to other users through the platform. When you create a service listing, we may collect the information you choose to provide, such as the service title, description, category, price, images, and other details associated with the service. This information is used to display your service listing and help other users discover services available through Rapid Jobs.

Location Information

Rapid Jobs may collect location information when you choose your work location, use your device's current location (with your permission), create job postings, or use address autocomplete features. We store your selected work location, including city, state, country, approximate coordinates, and your preferred search radius, to display nearby jobs and improve job matching. Location information is only used to provide location-based functionality within the app. Rapid Jobs does not use your location for background tracking. Users may choose to manually enter a work location instead of sharing their device's current location.

Public Job and Service Listings

Users should avoid including sensitive personal information in publicly visible job postings, service listings, descriptions, or images.

User Reports and Moderation

If you report content or block another user, we may collect information related to that action, including the reason for the report, the reported content, and the users involved. This information is used to investigate potential violations, improve platform safety, and comply with legal obligations.

Job postings and service listings may also be reviewed, restricted, removed, or otherwise moderated when necessary to enforce our policies, respond to reports, prevent abuse, or protect users and the platform.

Account Deactivation and Deletion

Rapid Jobs allows users to deactivate or permanently delete their account directly within the application.

Deactivating an account will disable access to the platform unless the account is reactivated.

When an account is permanently deleted, personal information associated with the account will be removed or anonymized, except where retention is required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or other legitimate business purposes.
